The ultimate goal of liberated consciousness is to be free from illusions, suffering, and limitations. The focus of my work is on practicing awareness with the possibility of choice in order to increase one's own level of consciousness. This is made possible by:

 

Awareness of one's own thoughts, emotions, behaviors, belief systems, and surrounding structures, realizing I am none of these. I am not my emotions, I am not my thoughts, I am not my cravings and aversion, I am not even the observer.

 

Turning away from and not reacting to self-created, self-brought, or externally imposed illusory, unhelpful concepts and beliefs of “fear, guilt and shame” and turning toward “love, acceptance and joy.”

 

Dissolving negative experiences, emotions, and unhelpful belief systems from the past and transforming them into a positive driving force for fulfillment, mindfulness and happiness in the here and now.

 

The integration of the limited self (EGO) into the unlimited ONE Self. While the limited self, which is constructed and controlled by one's own mind, closes the doors to freedom, the unlimited ONE Self, which could also be called All-Encompassing Consciousness, leads to liberation and the dissolution of fear, shame, guilt and suffering.

 

Practicing taking full responsibility for one's own actions and also one's own omissions, as well as practicing compassion and forgiveness in connection with all sentient beings.

 

Do you know how to listen to the voice of your heart?

Have you ever thought about the relationship between your thoughts, feelings, emotions and your actions? What kind of experiences did you repeat again and again in your biography throughout your life time and which new paths did open up afterwords for you?  

  

What influence exerted your parents, sisters, brothers, friends, colleagues, superiors, authorities on you? For what future tasks have you been prepared by these persons in your life? What is the real purpose of your fears, e.g. the fear not to be loved, the fear to get flooded with love, the fear to be left alone or to be rejected by others?  

 

For what purpose are the following belief-structures useful:  I have to be perfect, I have to devote myself to others, I have to please everybody, I am never good enough, Men are not allowed to show weakness and tears,  I will never be able to manage that,  I am ugly, I am worthless, I am cold and heartless, I am useless? 

 

What happens inside yourself when you make the above mentioned belief forms to your own reality? How do these thought-forms influence your well being and your health? How much space do you give this way of thinking? What influence have your emotions, that go along with that thinking?

 

How much energy do you have to generate or to avoid unpleasant events in your life? How often do you do something against your own will? Do you take the full responsibilty for your actions? Are you willing, to create your own reality?
